Hotel Wentzl - Krakow

Great place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable air conditioning. The staff helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The stuff was very efficient and the place was spotless. Also, location was best possible, around 10-15 minutes walk from a painting gallery. The outdoor restaurant for breakfast was the best part. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time....  

Exceptionally good breakfasts with meats and very pleasent quality, for example.

The hotel offered great relaxation options like massages and sauna access. While a couple of additional seating options in the room would have been nice, it didn't take away from our experience 😊

location...location...location..on the main square and...lovely accommodations.It was also nice to have a very good restaurant on the premises.

breakfast was quite expensive..... 20 Euros per person... considering the quality of the food...coffee not very good.... . hotel accessible only by one street so difficult to find by car

My stay was wonderful, especially the breakfast variety with scrambled eggs and poached options! A highlight was the beautiful bathroom with luxurious extras. I would return in a heartbeat!

The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and the view of the main square, Rynek Glowny was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was decorated very elegantly.

Fine view, spacious room, the view from my top floor room overlooking the main square was amazing, allowing me to feel the vibrant city atmosphere at all times without being disturbed by noise, coupled with attentive...

Bit disapapointed by the breakfasts - they need sparkling up. The cereals are dull and too little of the fruit is already prepared - and what there is is lacking in inventiveness. The management needs to look at this again as it is probably dull for Anglo-Saxon visitors. Good selection of cold meats, cheeses, salmon for continental Europeans. Cooked food is ok. I'd give the hotel 4 stars - it would have been 5 if breakfast had more sparkle.

Superb and very helpful front desk. A very beautiful old hotel but very tastefully upgraded to luxury standard. The restaurant was excellent in all ways - what a wonderful dining room, very good food and...  

Having a room overlooking the square was a delight, with a vibrant view and terrific location close to major attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking situation was a bit tricky, as finding suitable options required a few laps around the block.

Its frienliness and its very helpful staff. Its location is fabulous overlooking the magical square. A room overlooking the square is a "must". we would definately use this hotel again.
